Wage Levy or Notice
of Deficiency or Summons? If you get a wage levy or a notice of deficiency, please call me before you call
the guys who advertise on TV. I have more than 30 years of experience dealing with wage levies and I can help you. Although,
I have a lot of interesting and valid information on my two websites, the most important fact is that you don't have to be
afraid of the IRS and you can learn to help yourself solve your problems. I can empower you. Call immediately
if you get a Notice of Levy from the IRS. You can reach me at 303-455-0837 or willieco@aol.com (I get
massive amounts of spam so my filter is turned on high. If you write an email and I don't answer, please call me.)

If you get a Notice
of Deficiency or a Notice of Levy, please call me immediately 303-455-0837 or willieco@aol.com. Don't be
misled by "Offer in Compromise" scammers. There are thousands of people, corporations even, trying to solicit
people in trouble with the IRS, saying they can go to the IRS for you. Some of these guys will entice you, saying "We
know, we used to work for the IRS." Well, folks, the IRS routinely rejects 85% of all "Offer in
Compromise" deals. Check the Fraud Alert page for details about "Offer in Compromise" deals. The IRS, as of February 2011, claims that it
is going to accept more Offers in Compromise. Since the IRS' acceptance record has been so miserable in the past,
we have to take this announcement with a grain of salt. Still, you must be very careful of the firms that promise you
a rose garden. You do not need to pay thousands and thousands of dollars for a law firm that advertises on TV to fill
out a Form 656 for you if you decide that you want to do an offer in compromise.

It is very difficult to take on the IRS alone. Bill Conklin has 30 years experience, and six published
wins against the IRS. He has written thousands of pages of articles on tax law, and has appeared on C-SPAN discussing tax
law issues. When dealing with the IRS, Bill Conklin is the best choice. He utilizes his vast experience to solve your tax
problems. If you have a tax problem, contact Bill FIRST.

There is no statute that makes a person liable or responsible to pay
the income tax. Individuals only become liable to pay the income tax when they voluntarily file a tax return, or when the
IRS follows its assessment procedures as outlined in the Internal Revenue Code. If there
were a statute which clearly and unequivocally required the filing of tax returns, such a statute would be unconstitutional
under the present income tax system to the extent that it would require individuals to give the government information which
could be used against them criminally. Download Bill's Book Why No One is Required to File Tax Returns and learn about your rights.

Thank you to all who have taken the time to send me
your "kudos" for a job well done. Your kind words are appreciated. To view the testimonials page click here.
I had followed the advice of Irwin Schiff and for a period of years, I filed exempt W-4 forms and zero
tax returns. I was contacted by the criminal investigation division and I got real scared. I was referred to Bill
Conklin by a friend of mine and so I called him up and he became my personal coach. Using Bill's great help and inspiration,
I was able to reverse the criminal case and get the case transferred back to the civil division. I worked out a payment
plan followed by an offer in compromise. Thanks to Bill, I didn't go to prison and I was able to save my wages.
I just received a letter from the IRS advising me that all liens have been removed. Thanks Bill, I really appreciate
you.
Joe, Michigan
The IRS had levied my wages and I was desperate.
I got on the web and found Bill Conklin, I called him and he was very inspiring to speak to. He knew a lot. Bill
had the levy removed within two days. I can now sleep at night, and I am so grateful to him.

The IRS indicted me and proceeded toward prosecution. I got
a hold of Bill Conklin. ...the IRS [levied] my retirement account without a notice of levy. Then he got an attorney
to file a suit for me for a wrongful disclosure. The IRS dropped their criminal case because the Director of the CID
would have looked like such a weasel on cross-examination. Bill saved me from three years of prison and he saved my
professional license.
Peter, California
Bill Conklin specializes in
the removal of IRS wage levies. He is a paralegal and tax consultant who has been on the front lines of the Anti-IRS
movement for over 35 years. If you get an IRS wage levy, call immediately. Beware of the offer in compromise
companies on the web. According to Kiplinger's Personal Finance magazine, March 2010 stated the following: Tax troubles keeping you up at night? Then you've no doubt seen your fair share of late-night TV pitches to settle
your tax debts for less than you owe. Such 'pennies on the dollar' come-ons, regardless of the source, demand scrutiny-especially
if they promise an Offer in Compromise with the IRS. Such deals to settle tax debts for less than the full amount are
rare. The IRS considered 44,000 OICs in 2008 and rejected 75% of them. An accepted offer will dig deep into your
savings and other property, the equity in your real estate and cars, and your future income less, basic living expenses. If you get a notice of deficiency
from the IRS, please do not ignore it. If you ignore a notice of deficiency, you will waive many important appeal rights.
If you get a notice of levy, or a notice of intent to levy, please do not ignore them. Give me a call immediately.

Can't see the forest for the trees? An expression used of someone who is too involved in the
details of a problem to look at the situation as a whole: Any problem involving the IRS needs to be viewed as a whole, not
just a small part. Call Bill, and he will help you to see the forest, and solve your problem.
