I found out about Bill Conklin
after I had followed the advice of several of the weasels featured in the Fraud Alerts and Scams section. I was scared
and lost. Bill calmed me down and listened to my story. He told me the options available to me and then he helped
me. I was able to avoid a levy on my wages and I got the IRS to write the taxes off as uncollectible. After sufficient
time had passed, I was able to bankrupt all my taxes. Recently all the liens were removed. I am very thankful
to Bill Conklin for his smart and astute help.
I had followed the advice of Irwin Schiff and for a period of years, I filed exempt W-4
forms and zero tax returns. I was contacted by the criminal investigation division and I got real scared. I was
referred to Bill Conklin by a friend of mine and so I called him up and he became my personal coach. Using Bill's
great help and inspiration, I was able to reverse the criminal case and get the case transferred back to the civil division.
I worked out a payment plan followed by an offer in compromise. Thanks to Bill, I didn't go to prison and I was
able to save my wages. I just received a letter from the IRS advising me that all liens have been removed. Thanks
Bill, I really appreciate you.
The IRS had levied my wages and I was desperate. I got on the web and found Bill Conklin, I called him and
he was very inspiring to speak to. He knew a lot. Bill had the levy removed within two days. I can now sleep
at night, and I am so grateful to him.
The IRS indicted me and proceeded toward prosecution. I got a hold of Bill Conklin.
...the IRS [levied] my retirement account without a notice of levy. Then he got an attorney to file a suit for
me for a wrongful disclosure. The IRS dropped their criminal case because the Director of the CID would have looked
like such a weasel on cross-examination. Bill saved me from three years of prison and he saved my professional license.
IRS raided my house with a search warrant and took everything that I own. They even took my underwear. With Bill's
help I was able to get my stuff back. I bet he is the only person in the world who could have pulled it off.

followed the advice of Irwin Schiff and the IRS had garnished my wages. I called Bill Conklin and he could tell that
I was suicidal. He later had a female friend of his call my wife and speak to her about my problem. His friend
told my wife to watch me closely but not to let on as to her knowledge of my problem. The next day when my wife went
to work, I went into my garage and proceeded to asphyxiate myself by running the car with the door closed.
My wife came back to check on me and caught me before I died. I spent a week in intensive care. When I got out,
Bill got the levy off my wages. If it weren't for him, I would have died. You saved my life,
I called Bill Conklin, I was really brain-washed. I believed all the stuff on the internet. I had filed an exempt
W-4, the IRS garnished my wages. I got online with Bill and within two weeks, the levy had been removed. I even
went out and got a new car out of the deal.
The IRS indicted me for willful failure to file. I was able to plea bargain the
case with no prison time because I followed Bill's suggestions.
John, New Jersey
I was home one day and the IRS came to my house to take my car.
I got on the phone with Bill Conklin and asked him what to do. I was going to drive the car away. Bill told me
that the IRS would have me arrested and prosecuted for taking government property. I let the IRS take the car, I stayed
out of jail and two weeks later, I got the car back with Bill's help.
My wife was ready to divorce me because of my stand against the
IRS. We had lots of fights. She called Bill Conklin and we went to meet him. He talked me out of my hard-core
stance which was leading to disaster. Bill helped us and the levy went off my wages, my wife didn't divorce me.
I am now challenging the unfair tax system in a more reasonable way. I am so glad that I met Bill Conklin.
I was indicted
by the IRS on 27 counts of money laundering, currency transaction violations, contempt, etc. Using techniques learned
from Bill Conklin, I beat the IRS in a six week trial on 26 of the 27 counts. I was convicted on one count of contempt
because I didn't use the Fifth Amendment approach. I contested the subpoena on First Amendment grounds. I
believe that if I would have appeared and taken the Fifth Amendment, I wouldn't have been convicted on the 27th count.
I am glad that I took Bill's suggestions but I should have listened even better.
I received confirmation from the IRS that
they had released all the tax liens from our names. After all that we have been through the last six years, with this,
the relief I felt was indescribable. There is no way to express my gratitude to you. I appreciate all of your
help and guidance through this whole ordeal.
As you led me through the correct process, all these years, your advice
and instruction was always right on. It took awhile to get this done, but I know it was done the right way and the nightmare
is finally behind us.
If you ever need an endorsement or would like me to share my store with anyone please
let me know. Thanks again.
My husband and I found out about you after our wages were garnished. We were victims
of the Pilot Connection. Using your techniques, we were able to get the garnishment off our wages and prepare ourselves
for bankruptcy court. Recently we filed a pro se bankruptcy and the IRS has confirmed to us that all our taxes
were discharged. We feel such incredible relief and we thank you so much for your kind guidance and knowledge.
had his wages garnished and as a result of the stress he had a heart attack. While he was recovering I worked with Bill
Conklin to get the levy removed. The levy was removed within one week and we went out and purchased a new car in the
bargain. We have now finished an offer in compromise with the IRS and we paid pennies on the dollar, thanks Bill.
Jane, North Dakota
am an airplane pilot and I owed the IRS over $500,000 in back taxes, interest and penalties. I went to three attorneys
for help and no one could help me. Bill and I discussed various approaches and came up with a game plan which I pursued.
I was able to get out of the $500,000 tax debt for $40,000 thanks to Bill's brilliant help.
I was married to a guy who owed the IRS
big bucks. We got a divorce and the IRS chased me down. I called Bill Conklin and pursued his recommended plan of action.
I recently got a release of all federal tax liens. Bill is incredible.
I am a teacher and the IRS had garnished my wages.
I went to Bill and he wrote a letter for me to the IRS. Within three weeks, the IRS had returned $10,000 to me that
they had garnished. Bill figured out that the IRS had violated Section 6020(b) by filing a joint return for me and my
husband instead of a married filing separate return. I was very impressed at how quickly he solved the problem.
He got the levy off and got me a check for over $10,000.
