I found out about Bill Conklin
after I had followed the advice of several of the weasels featured in the Fraud Alerts and Scams section. I was scared
and lost. Bill calmed me down and listened to my story. He told me the options available to me and then he helped
me. I was able to avoid a levy on my wages and I got the IRS to write the taxes off as uncollectible. After sufficient
time had passed, I was able to bankrupt all my taxes. Recently all the liens were removed. I am very thankful
to Bill Conklin for his smart and astute help.

I was indicted
by the IRS on 27 counts of money laundering, currency transaction violations, contempt, etc. Using techniques learned
from Bill Conklin, I beat the IRS in a six week trial on 26 of the 27 counts. I was convicted on one count of contempt
because I didn't use the Fifth Amendment approach. I contested the subpoena on First Amendment grounds. I
believe that if I would have appeared and taken the Fifth Amendment, I wouldn't have been convicted on the 27th count.
I am glad that I took Bill's suggestions but I should have listened even better.
